Knock knock…

It’s chemo! Met my oncologist today, who was super great, and also super clear that we should absolutely start with chemo asap. He said his goal is to hit it hard and knock this thing out so that we’re done with it and I have the next 40-50 years afterward to just live my life.

So. Still have ultrasound and possible biopsy Monday, appointment with pharmacy oncologist on Friday, and awaiting appointments for echocardiogram and very smol surgery to put in my port. I was worried it was going to have a constant dangly bit, but apparently it’s all internal and they can just…poke it? idk man, I’m not a doctor. And then first day of chemo is looking to be Tuesday the 21st.

Parents are aiming to fly back this Sunday, Jordan should be here in two weeks, and then they can all arm wrestle Jenni over who gets to come to these super fun appointments with me.
